chocolate dome 2

Exactly the same as the previous recipe except that reverse chocolates. You have to be careful: white chocolate must be melted in a water bath or it will solidify very quickly and you will have difficulties to line the pan. Recipe: here  Bon appetit

Chocolate dome

I already do this recipe recently and I wanted to improve. She is now (for me) perfect. This also allowed me to take a picture of this dome chocolate, white chocolate mousse and strawberry.
