whoopie

The Whoopie pies made their entry into the culinary culture. But what is it? It's just a small "sandwich". The Amish Mothers used the rest of the chocolate cake batter to make little sandwiches and put it in the bag of their Childrens. And the name ?? Simply the shall of the children when they discovered the "surprise" :) In honour of my mom, I took HER chocolate cake recipe which I used for my Whoopies. Camembert and potatoes tart

Very simple to do and for those who love cheese, very good! Ingredients: - 1 shortcrust dough (recipe here) - 1 camembert - 400g of potatoes - 100g mascarpone - 10cl of milk - Salt, pepper, thyme Recipe: - Place the potatoes in boiling water and cook (check by planting a knife in it, they should be soft but not to much) - Put the pastry in a tart pan. Pastry

Now, i'm doing all by myself. My own pastry and my own pasta ! This recipe is quite simple and is for salty tart or quiche. Ingredients: - 250g of flour - 125g of butter - 40g of water - 1 teaspoon salt Recipe: - Spread the flour on a work plan. Sweet cakes

A recipe in which you can add chocolate chips. Ingredients: - 125g butter - 3 eggs - 75g flour - 100g of double cream - 65g sugar - 1 teaspoon baking powder Recipe: - Blanch the eggs and sugar in a bowl. - Add the flour and baking powder and mix. - Melt butter, add to the preparation and add the cream. Peanut butter biscuits

Ingredients: - 170g butter - 105g brown sugar - 100g white sugar - 1 egg - 185g of peanut butter - 260g flour - 1 teaspoon baking soda Recipe: - Mix the butter and sugars until smooth. - Add the peanut butter and egg. Mix well. - Put the flour and baking soda in the mixture and mix well. - Make small balls of dough and place on a baking tray covered with baking sheet. Space balls or they will stick together. - Bake at 180 degrees for 10/15 min You can add pieces of peanuts or chocolate chips to these biscuits. Bon appetit

Soup

Nothing like a good soup for the evening. Ingredients for 2: - 500ml of water - 1 stock cube - 1/4 of cucumber - 10 sticks of surimi - 100g noodle - 1 egg - 20ml soy sauce Recipe: - Boil water with the stock cube. - Chop the surimi and cucumber. - Add those, the soy sauce and the noodle in the boiling water. - Put the egg and mix until it is cooked. - If necessary, add more soy sauce and some pepper Bon appetit

Muffin cheddar and ham

These muffins are perfect for appetizer or for starter with a salad. Ingredients for 12 muffins: - 220g flour - 2 eggs - 1 tablespoon baking powder - 15 ml milk - 4 tsp olive oil - 150g of cooked ham - 100g of cheddar Of course like most recipes you can adapt. Maki

chocolate dome 2

Exactly the same as the previous recipe except that reverse chocolates. You have to be careful: white chocolate must be melted in a water bath or it will solidify very quickly and you will have difficulties to line the pan. Recipe: here  Bon appetit

Chocolate dome
