Pastry
Now, i'm doing all by myself. My own pastry and my own pasta ! This recipe is quite simple and is for salty tart or quiche.
Ingredients:
- 250g of flour
- 125g of butter
- 40g of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe:
- Spread the flour on a work plan. Put on top, salt and butter cut into small pieces.
- Crush the butter with your finger.
- Make a hole into the flour and pour half of the water. Start gently mix. When this one is well incorporated, pour the second part of water.
- Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Form a ball of dough and let stand one hour in the fridge.
