Nothing like a good soup for the evening.

Ingredients for 2:

- 500ml of water
- 1 stock cube
- 1/4 of cucumber
- 10 sticks of surimi
- 100g noodle
- 1 egg
- 20ml soy sauce


- Boil water with the stock cube.

- Chop the surimi and cucumber.

- Add those, the soy sauce and the noodle in the boiling water.

- Put the egg and mix until it is cooked.

- If necessary, add more soy sauce and some pepper
