Muffin cheddar and ham

These muffins are perfect for appetizer or for starter with a salad.

Ingredients for 12 muffins:

- 220g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 15 ml milk
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 150g of cooked ham
- 100g of cheddar

Of course like most recipes you can adapt. Add olives, dried tomatoes, use a different cheese or another ham. Just take the basic recipe and have fun.

Recipe:

- Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl.

- Add the eggs one by one. Make sure to mix well between each.

- Add the milk slowly (2 times is better) mix well each time and then put olive oil. Mix well.

- Cut the ham into thin strips or cubes. Add the grated cheese.

- Put in muffin tins and bake for 20/25 min at 180 degrees
